Staging Packages
Design Consultation — $350
Up to 2 hours on site. A room-by-room walkthrough and written plan covering curb appeal, furniture layout, decluttering, lighting, color and the architectural details buyers pay for. The fee is credited toward any package booked within 30 days.
Power Staging — $950
Up to 4 hours on site, plus 2 hours of planning. We style the kitchen, main living area and primary bathroom using what you own plus a few well-chosen accents. Includes "after" photos. Ideal right before listing photos.
Full-Day Makeover — $1,450
Up to 7 hours on site, plus planning. Everything in Power Staging, plus the primary bedroom and bath and other key living areas, styled for the camera.
Listing & Open House Staging — From $2,500
Two days on site before your listing or open house. Every main room fully staged, with curated vintage accent pieces and a detailed action plan for the finishing touches.
Vacant Home Staging — From $3,000
Empty homes often take longer to sell. We furnish them with a curated mix of vintage and modern pieces. Custom quote after a walkthrough; first 30 days included.
Signature Services
Signature Vintage Pieces — From $150 per piece per month
Rent a statement lamp, chair or artwork to give a listing character. Buyers who fall for a piece can purchase it.
Vintage Sourcing — $95 per hour
Share your wish list and budget, and we hunt down the right pieces at the best prices.
Vacation Rental Styling — Custom quote
Design and sourcing for short-term rentals that photograph beautifully and book more nights.
Good to Know
A 50% deposit reserves your date; the balance is due on completion.
Additional time is billed at $95 per hour.
Homes over 3,500 sq ft are quoted individually.
Serving Long Beach and greater Los Angeles; travel beyond is quoted separately.
